These terms govern your use of the Attention Economy platform. They are a placeholder awaiting legal review, but the AI-generated content disclosure below is binding on every workspace.
AI-generated content
Every influencer persona, image, voice and video produced through Attention Economy is generated by artificial intelligence. The personas do not depict real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.
You agree to keep AI-generated content identified as such wherever it is published: by leaving the platform-level AI disclosure enabled where one exists, and by not removing labels, captions or metadata we add for that purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring the content complies with the rules of each social platform and the advertising, consumer-protection and disclosure laws of every market you target.
1. Who we are

2. The service
Attention Economy provides software that drafts influencer personas, generates media, schedules posts and operates social accounts on cloud devices on your behalf. Placeholder text: the definitive scope will be set out here after legal review.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out under your workspace, including by team members you invite.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the overage rate shown on the pricing page and on your billing page.
You may cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then and no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate real individuals, to produce unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to circumvent the rules of any social platform. We may suspend workspaces that put platform accounts, devices or other customers at risk.
6. Content ownership and licences
Subject to payment, you receive a licence to use the media generated for your workspace. Underlying models, templates and platform software remain ours or our suppliers’. Third-party model providers may apply their own usage terms, which we pass through to you.
7. Availability and support
The service depends on third-party platforms, model providers and cloud-device suppliers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, follower growth or that any post will remain live on a social platform.
8. Liability
Placeholder text. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Placeholder text: the notice period and how we give notice will appear here after legal review.
