The influencer personas on this platform are synthetic. They are not based on the personal data or likeness of any identifiable person, and our generation prompts instruct the models not to depict a real, identifiable individual.
Prompts, persona documents and generated media are processed by third-party AI providers (language and video models) under data-processing terms that prohibit training on your content. We disclose the generated nature of that content wherever platforms allow.
1. Who we are
Attention Economy is a product of Provenance Talent, the trading name of Coordinated Chaos Pte Ltd, 56B Joo Chiat Place, Singapore. Reach us at hello@provenancetalent.com. We are the controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
Account data: name, email address and authentication identifiers from our sign-in provider.
Workspace data: the persona briefs, niches, target markets, platforms and content you create, plus the social accounts and devices assigned to your workspace.
Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status from our payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
Usage data: logs of console actions, job runs and generation usage, kept to operate the service, enforce plan limits and investigate problems.
3. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to generate and post content you approve, to bill you, to keep accounts and devices healthy, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Processors and transfers
We rely on an authentication provider, a payments provider, cloud-device and proxy suppliers and AI model providers. Each processes data under contract and only for the purposes described here. Some are located outside your country; appropriate safeguards apply.
5. Retention
Workspace data is kept while your subscription is active, and after cancellation until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it. Deletion is carried out by us on request rather than on a fixed automatic schedule. 6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email hello@provenancetalent.com to make a request; we respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security and remembering console preferences. No advertising cookies are set on the console or this site.
